Paving the way for the bank of the future! Banco Popular Dominicano's Centro Digital branch is the first wholly-digital bank in the Dominican Republic. Staff to stand and advise customers replaced traditional, transactional tellers; combining innovative digital capabilities for customers with their well-known welcoming and friendly approach. A great collaboration with Frem Group and FDP (part of LOM architecture and design) resulted in just what they wanted - not your typical banking outlet. The interactive at the branch was designed as if it were an app, promoting a feeling of familiarity for customers and allowing it to be constantly reviewed and updated to respond to changing needs.
