What Makes Intuiface 7 So Special, You Ask? We're one month from launching the most innovative release of Intuiface in years. What makes it so special?
We can't say it's been a secret. In fact, attendees at the 2019 Intuiface User Conference were provided an insider look. But pandemics do lend an air of distraction so we understand if you're not already in the know. So what can you expect?
- Player Next Gen: We've used the latest web technologies to rewrite Player from the ground up. The result is not only native code-like performance on already-supported platforms, but you'll now have the ability to run your experiences in a webpage or locally as an app on both existing platforms and new ones like MacOS, Linux, and mobile phones. That will make Player the industry's only true cross-channel content delivery platform.
- Headless CMS: A cloud-hosted content repository with a focus on structured data, not on the target user interface (thus "headless"). Content Managers with zero knowledge of Intuiface will be able to define, store, and manage experience content using an innovative yet intuitive web-based toolset. The resulting base will be automatically copied and synchronized on each Player device to enable offline use, and data import will permit connections between bases and third-party CMSs, DAMs, and DXPs.
- New license packaging and pricing: Intuiface revisited the entirety of our model and considered years of your feedback. The result is a brand new approach that increases flexibility - like subscription extensions and alignment - while also offering greater levels of feature access.

Preparing For: New Packaging and Licensing
Lots of changes are coming. We've put all the details online and they're ready for your review.
With Intuiface 7 we are introducing the notion of a platform license, the Intuiface Platform. Comprised of one Composer, one Player, and rights to use features of Intuiface Cloud, it is an account prerequisite; additional Composers and Players cannot be purchased before possession of a Platform License. It is at the Platform level that you will find our three tiers of Essential, Premier, and Enterprise.
Intuiface Cloud? That's a combination of Intuiface Analytics, Intuiface Headless CMS, Experience Sharing & Deployment, and Account Management. All Intuiface accounts, regardless of Platform tier, will have access to at least a portion of all features in the Intuiface Cloud. Yes, that means everyone will have access to Analytics and Headless CMS. In fact, we've gotten rid of the stand-alone Analytics license.
