Like many other global software companies, The Company has rolled out its company-wide GDPR compliance strategy leading up to May 2018 and beyond. The Company appreciates that our customers have requirements under GDPR that are directly impacted by their use of The Company products and services, and The Company is committed to helping our customers fulfill their requirements under GDPR and local law.

Yes, The Company processes customer Personal Data to provide the products and services and for other limited purposes enumerated in our Privacy Policy.
Our goal is to provide our customers with secure, fast, and reliable services. As a provider of global services, we run our services with common operational practices and features across multiple jurisdictions.
Today, The Company stores Intuiface-based Account metadata in its Amazon's AWS data centers located in Ireland. Intuiface Experiences are stored on the AWS data center located the closest to the location of the Intuiface Account. In particular, the AWS data centers elected to store the Intuiface Experiences of an European Union-located Intuiface Account are located in the European Union as well.
All data points collected via Intuiface Analytics are transferred and stored in an AWS data center located in the US.
The Company allows employees and contractors located in France (and in France only) access to certain data from European Union-located Intuiface Accounts for product development, customer and technical support purposes only.
Intuiface maintains an up-to-date list of data suprocessors authorized to process customer data in support of Intuiface services.
